Recently, The State Patent Office announced the good news: Zhonglian Company’s two patents were authorized. The patent names are: “Environmental friendly step silane cross-linked polyethylene cable materials” and “The preparation of Environmental friendly step silane cross-linked polyethylene cable materials”. The patent numbers are: “ZL201310045302.6” and “ZL201310045301.1”.
The two patents above are abandoned research idea of traditional step silane cross-linked technology. Metal organic tin catalyst with some toxicity is replaced by nontoxic compound catalyst. It is not only more environmental friendly in the application, but also the synergistic catalytic facilitate their cross-linked rate faster than ordinary cross-linked material. Then it improves the efficiency of production of the cable and reduces energy consumption. Currently developed countries have made explicit requirements for silane cross-linked material in the environment and energy control functions. Under international high-end customers driving, we believe that this product will be mainstream product at home and abroad in the next few years.
