On March 7, during the NPC &CPPCC, XU JIANHUA, the Municipal Standing Committee and Secretary of Municipal Party Committee of the City of Dongguan, with companion by Mr. HUANG WEIGUO and major politician of municipality and town, visited and inspected Zhongli South Production Base.
XU Jianhua visited workshop of cable & cable assembly, quality assurance laboratory, R&D laboratory, inspected production line, product coverage, major strategy partners, as well as products characteristics. In cable assembly workshop, XU JIANHUA enquired for the knowledge of production procedure, product application, asked about the salary and welfare of workers. He is surprised at seeing transparent workers’ salary information published and affixed in the show window, and positively appraised Zhongli management of transparency, equity and justice.
Xu jianhua said, talented staffs are the foundation for the development of the enterprise. The enterprise should attract and keep the talented staffs by offering favourable atmosphere, creating pleasant working and living environment and improving the social security. At the same time, the enterprise also should help the excellent staff to become a "New Dongguan Citizen". Aim at the product features, Xu jianhua emphasized, Zhongde Cable, as the high technology enterprise , must keep the features and also strive to surmount new challenge, the comprehensive competitiveness of the enterprise will have further improvement by the innovation of the technologies、products、management. We firmly believe that, Zhongde Cable will have better future.
