On February the 10thand 11th, all the sales elites of Zhongli Science and Technology Group come back to the headquarters to sum up the past and outlook the future. They are all ready to work harder and harder in the next year.
On February the 10th, Zhongliorganizedone-day training on a wide range of technical, financial, etc. Firstly, cable technical professors gave lessons on data cable products, introduction cables, bureau communication cables and city communication cable products, leaky cable products, charging pile cable products, senior and high voltage power cables, shielded power line products, opto electric composite cable products of operators’ markets and links up grounding wires and so on. Through the lessons, all sales elites received much knowledge about products’ technology.
At the same time, the company invited technical professors of ZhongliTalesunto give lessons on the development and constructionof distributed power stations. Besides, the training includes customers visiting reception process and standard, bill management knowledge, the tender offer process, order contract process, billing statements process, risk control and so on. Though the series of training, their integrated service ability has been enhanced that would be helpful during the marketing work.
On February the 11th, 2015, after the marketing work conference 2015, the company opened a grand welcome party.The entire salesman, internal team leader level and above person and railway after-sales service team members and some other people participated in the party.
Finally, the curtain fell and the party ended successfully in the beautiful song “Tomorrow will be better”. The party closed staff together tightly and improved the relationships between the salesman and the internal person which aroused their struggle passion to achieve company target and create a brighten 2015.
