Recently, the State Administration for Market Regulation and the National Standardization Management Committee officially released two core national standards in the field of wire and cable materials: GB/T 8815-2026 “Soft Polyvinyl Chloride Plastics for Wires and Cables” and GB/T 15065-2026 “Polyethylene Plastics for Wires and Cables.” Both standards will come into effect on February 1, 2027.
