The postdoctoral program of Zhongli Group started in March 2009. The Postdoctoral Research Station was established with the approval of the Department of Human Resources and Social Security of Jiangsu Province, and was approved as a National Postdoctoral Research Station in 2013. Jiangsu Zhongli Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) has set up the National Postdoctoral Research Station (hereinafter referred to as “the Station”), which is under the centralized management of the Technology and ESG Management Department of the Company.
Focusing on the Company’s strategic objectives, the Station conducts forward-looking research on core projects such as new materials, new products and new technologies for cables and wires.
The Station aims to track the technological development trend of the industry, cultivate leading R&D teams and top talents, enhance the Company’s overall scientific research strength, accelerate product R&D, improve product grade and added value, strengthen the core competitiveness of the enterprise, and promote the overall scientific research level of the industry.
The Company is equipped with advanced material preparation, testing and analysis equipment including Haake torque rheometer and cone calorimeter.
Zhongli Park integrates cable compound and cable production, with complete conditions for pilot tests and scaled-up production, facilitating the rapid transformation of postdoctoral research achievements.
Since its establishment, the Station has cooperated with postdoctoral research stations of many well-known domestic universities in materials and electrical engineering, including Sichuan University, Nanjing Tech University, Dalian University of Technology and Harbin University of Science and Technology.

After years of operation, the relevant systems of the Station have been gradually improved.
