On August 15, 2024, the Zhongli Group Enterprise Professional Title Independent Review Meeting was successfully held at the Group headquarters. Present at the meeting were Section Chief Yang Shengyao from Suzhou Professional and Technical Personnel Service Center, Section Chief Gu Xiaowen from Changshu Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, Chen Xinxiang, Vice President of Zhongli Group, and Heng Yongge, Director of the Evaluation Committee, as well as other leaders.
In accordance with the prescribed procedures, the judges carefully evaluated and examined the review materials submitted by 13 applicants. The review included introduction of candidates, expert evaluation, panel discussion and secret ballot. Finally, the experts unanimously agreed that 5 candidates from Jiangsu Zhongli Group Co., Ltd., Suzhou Talesun Photovoltaic Technology Co., Ltd. and Changzhou Marine Cable Co., Ltd. were qualified for intermediate professional titles, and 6 candidates were qualified for assistant engineer titles.
Since becoming one of the first pilot units for independent professional title review in 2020, Zhongli Group has carried out independent review for five consecutive years under the guidance and support of the municipal human resources and social security department. At present, the professional and technical personnel of the company have high enthusiasm for work and study, forming a positive atmosphere within the enterprise and promoting the operation and development of the enterprise.
Since the launch of the independent review, a total of 52 personnel have obtained intermediate engineer qualifications and 18 personnel have obtained junior engineer qualifications, covering subsidiaries such as Suzhou Talesun, Changshu Zhonglian and Changzhou Cable.
