To strengthen the Group’s talent echelon development and provide talent support for its scientific and technological innovation, in accordance with policies such as the Measures for the Evaluation of Intermediate Engineers in Mechanical Engineering and Electronic Information of Zhongli Group,
Zhongli Group 2025 In-House Professional Title Evaluation Meeting was successfully held at the headquarters on October 16.
Mr. Yang Shengyao, Chief of Suzhou Professional and Technical Personnel Service Center, Mr. Wen Yifeng, Deputy Chief of Changshu Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, and Mr. Chen Xinxiang, Mr. Sun Jianyu, Deputy General Managers of Zhongli Group, attended the meeting.
In accordance with prescribed procedures, the Expert Evaluation Committee reviewed 17 applicants.
Ultimately, it was unanimously approved that 7 candidates from four subsidiaries – Headquarters Base, Zhonglian Optoelectronics, Changzhou Ship Cable and Changshu Lixing – are qualified for intermediate professional titles, and 10 candidates for assistant engineer titles.
Since becoming one of the first pilot enterprises for in-house professional title evaluation in 2020, Zhongli Group has carried out this work for six consecutive years.
With active applications from professional and technical personnel, 59 employees have been awarded intermediate engineer qualifications and 28 employees have obtained junior engineer qualifications, covering subsidiaries including Suzhou Talesun Solar, Zhonglian Optoelectronics and Changzhou Cable.
Going forward, Zhongli Group will implement a combination of evaluation and appointment system.
