Zhongli Group 2025 ESG Launch Conference & Special Interview Event Successfully Held

On November 13, Jiangsu Zhongli Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Zhongli Group”) successfully held the 2025 ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) Launch Ceremony.

This marks the first time the company has carried out ESG report preparation since its A-share listing in 2009, signifying the full implementation of Zhongli Group’s ESG strategy.

The meeting covered the value and development trends of ESG, ESG compliance and supervision for listed companies, interpretation of ESG disclosure policies for listed enterprises by stock exchanges, objectives and process overview of ESG report development, and the implementation timeline.

An “ESG Special Interview Session” was held concurrently.

Heads and representatives from 16 core departments at Zhongli Group’s headquarters and related production bases had in-depth exchanges on practices and prospects of ESG-related elements in their respective fields, demonstrating the Group’s high-level coordination from strategy to execution.

Mr. Chen Xinxiang, Deputy General Manager of Zhongli Group, delivered a work deployment for the preparation of the ESG report.

Ms. Zheng Xiaojie, General Manager of Zhongli Group, summarized the conference and stated:

“The preparation and release of the ESG report is an inevitable choice for us to respond to regulatory requirements and meet stakeholders’ expectations. It is also an internal need for us to conduct self-examination, optimize management and enhance core competitiveness. It will help us clearly identify our strengths and weaknesses in development, laying a solid foundation for the sustainable growth of the company.”

Going forward, Zhongli Group will continue to improve its ESG management system and strive to become a leader in sustainable development in the cable and new energy industries.
