Job Title: Product Engineer Trainee

Job Description:

1. Assist product engineers in designing process plans and workflows to provide scientific and reasonable process guidance for production.
2. Support product engineers in new material trials and keep detailed records for material application.
3. Compile process documents and work instructions to ensure clear and accurate production standards.
4. Collect data on product structure, dimensions and BOM (Bill of Materials) to support R&D and production management.
5. Solve process problems in production in a timely manner to ensure smooth production.
6. Conduct regular assessment and annual training evaluation for workshop staff to improve professional skills.
