Application Scope

This cable is suitable for communication, instrument and signal transmission systems on various river and marine vessels, as well as offshore installations such as offshore oil platforms.

It is a copper-core rubber or plastic insulated marine communication cable with rated voltage of 150/250(300) V and below.

It is also applicable to industrial and mining enterprises such as metallurgy, chemical industry and electric power.

The product complies with IEC 60092-350, IEC 60092-376 and enterprise standards.

Technical Characteristics

The maximum long-term operating temperature of the cable is 90 ℃, and the rated operating voltage is 150/250(300) V and below.
Flexibility: Class 5 flexible stranded conductors are adopted, and the insulation and sheath are made of flexible elastomer, providing high bending performance.
Flame retardancy: High flame retardance, complying with Category A of IEC 60332-3-22 (Test on bunched cables).
Fire resistance: Complying with the test requirements specified in IEC 60331 (Fire resistance test for cables).
Low smoke: Complying with IEC 61034, with light transmittance not less than 60%.
Halogen-free: Complying with IEC 60754, with halogen acid gas content less than 5 mg/g, pH value not less than 4.3, and weighted conductivity not more than 10 μs/mm.
