Job Title: Project Manager (ERP/MES)

Job Description:

1. Participate in the overall implementation and management of ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) and MES (Manufacturing Execution System) projects, ensuring projects are completed on time, with qualified quality and within budget.
2. Coordinate with developers to design system processes and functions based on project experience and departmental requirements.
3. Communicate with demand departments to understand their needs, develop corresponding solutions, coordinate team members to ensure project progress.
4. Conduct follow-up operation and maintenance after project completion.
