Job Title: Wiring Harness Engineer

Job Description:

1. Responsible for the development and design of wiring harness products, drawing and optimization of 2D and 3D harnesses.
2. Communicate with customers on wiring harness drawings and technical requirements, convert customer drawings into internal drawings, and design tooling and fixtures.
3. Follow up sample trial production and mass production verification.
4. Develop wiring harness test specifications, lead DV (Design Verification) and PV (Production Verification) testing to ensure compliance with industry standards.
5. Track project development progress, lead the APQP process, and complete PPAP document submission.
6. Prepare BOM (Bill of Materials), technical specifications, etc., to ensure accuracy and traceability.
