HJT (heterojunction) photovoltaic modules feature a bifacial, symmetric structure combining crystalline silicon and amorphous silicon thin films. Employing a low-temperature process (<200°C), they achieve an exceptionally high bifaciality (>90%) and a low temperature coefficient of -0.24%/°C, significantly enhancing power generation efficiency under high-temperature and low-light conditions. They are particularly well-suited for large-scale ground-mounted solar farms and hot climates.
