Stepping into C&D, Walking Together | The Zhongli Cadre Visit to C&D Series of Events Successfully Held

To continuously advance education on Party conduct and integrity, enhance Zhongli cadres’ understanding of C&D Industries, and facilitate Zhongli’s integration into C&D’s organizational structure and culture, the Party Office and General Office of Zhongli Group organized a series of study‑visit activities for key management personnel at C&D Group from December 5 to 6.
To continuously advance education on Party conduct and integrity, enhance Zhongli cadres’ understanding of C&D Industries, and facilitate Zhongli’s integration into C&D’s organizational structure and culture, the Party Office and General Office of Zhongli Group organized a series of study‑visit activities for key management personnel at C&D Group from December 5 to 6.
The visiting delegation first toured the Xiamen Base for Education on Party Conduct and Integrity, where immersive learning reinforced their commitment to integrity and a steadfast dedication to their original aspirations. They then visited the C&D Group’s exhibition hall, gaining a systematic understanding of the group’s more than four decades of development and its diversified industrial portfolio, while closely studying C&D’s profound legacy in corporate management and cultural cultivation. In addition, the delegation explored C&D Light Industry Shoe Space, C&D Hengrong Home Furnishings Space, C&D Residential Technology Exhibition Hall, C&D Real Estate Marketing Center, Hong’ai Hospital, a liquor‑trading platform, C&D Auto Park, Lianfa Huamei Space, and other sites, gaining a firsthand sense of C&D’s diversified industrial structure and distinctive operational characteristics. In the evening, several team members were invited to attend C&D Group’s 45th‑anniversary gala, where they experienced the group’s strong cohesion and the core values of its corporate culture through a series of cultural performances. The following day, through an 8‑kilometer hike and the completion of team‑building tasks, senior and junior cadres from the Group headquarters, the Cable Business Unit, and Talesun Solar engaged in in-depth exchanges, solidifying a shared vision for strengthening internal collaboration within Zhongli Group.
Through this in-depth visit and learning experience, Zhongli’s management team not only gained valuable insights into C&D’s best practices in industrial operations and corporate culture, but also strengthened internal communication and collaboration, thereby fostering the continued embodiment of Zhongli’s corporate ethos of “integrity, dedication, unity, and innovation.”
