The expert review committee, in accordance with the prescribed procedures, evaluated 17 applicants and unanimously agreed to confer intermediate-level professional technical qualifications on seven employees from Headquarters Base, Zhonglian Photoelectric, Changzhou Ship Cable, and Changshu Stargazer, and to grant assistant engineer qualifications to ten employees.

Since becoming one of the first pilot units authorized to conduct independent title evaluations in 2020, Zhongli Group has carried out this initiative for six consecutive years. Thanks to the proactive applications of professional and technical personnel, 59 individuals have now been certified as mid-level engineers and 28 as junior engineers, with these certifications covering multiple subsidiaries including Suzhou Talesun Solar, Zhonglian Photoelectric, and Changzhou Cable.

Going forward, Zhongli Group will implement a combined evaluation-and-appointment system. By building a skilled, high‑caliber talent pipeline, the company aims to leverage its independent professional title review process as a key driver of corporate growth, striving to contribute to the company’s high‑quality development.
