On October 30, 2025, local time, coinciding with the day after the All-Energy Australia exhibition in Melbourne, Australia, Xiamen C&D Emerging Energy Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “C&D Emerging Energy”), Suzhou Talesun Solar Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Talesun Solar”), and the Australian local clean-energy company Go Solar Group Pty Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Go Solar”) have formally signed a strategic cooperation agreement. The three parties will engage in in-depth collaboration on supply-chain coordination, product-line expansion, and channel development, accelerating the deployment of high‑efficiency photovoltaic and energy‑storage solutions in the Australian market. On that day, C&D Emerging Energy, Talesun Solar, and Go Solar signed the agreement on behalf of their respective entities and posed for a commemorative photo.

Australia is one of the countries with the richest solar resources. According to market data, more than 80% of Australia’s land receives solar irradiance exceeding 2,000 kilowatt-hours per square meter per year, making it one of the world’s most promising markets for solar power generation. In recent years, the Australian government has set ambitious targets: achieving an 82% share of electricity from renewable sources by 2030 and net-zero emissions by 2050. Moreover, to accelerate the development of photovoltaics, state governments have introduced a range of subsidy programs to reduce installation costs for consumers, jointly fostering the growth of the distributed PV market. Overall, driven by favorable natural conditions and robust policy support, Australia’s PV market is demonstrating strong momentum and broad prospects.
Going forward, the three parties will continue to advance in the following areas:
Deepen collaborative cooperation with C&D Supply Chain both domestically and internationally.
Fully leverage its leading position in global commodity supply chain management to provide stable, efficient supply chain support for cooperation, ensuring the smooth and reliable operation of projects.
Expand cooperation opportunities with Talesun Solar across product lines such as energy storage and solar modules.
Leveraging its specialized product portfolio and robust global operations network, Talesun Solar will deliver comprehensive lifecycle services with unwavering quality and reliability.
Leveraging Go Solar’s localization advantages, we precisely reach the end‑consumer market.
Leveraging its extensive customer network and strong market reputation, it precisely and effectively reaches target audiences, laying a solid foundation for localized market collaboration in Australia.
This signing marks not only an upgrade in the partnership but also a testament to our long-term confidence in and strategic commitment to Australia’s clean energy market. Moving forward, C&D Emerging Energy, Talesun Solar, and Go Solar will join forces to support the region’s green energy transition, jointly developing more sustainable, stable, and efficient energy‑use scenarios.
