On the afternoon of February 12, 2025, Zhongli Group convened its 2025 Science and Technology Work Conference, comprehensively reviewing the achievements of 2024, systematically planning for 2025’s innovation initiatives, and further aligning thinking and building consensus to advance the Group’s high-quality development. Attending the meeting were Vice Chairman Huang Chang, General Manager Zheng Xiaojie, Director Yan Jie, Deputy General Managers Chen Xinxiang and Sun Jianyu, as well as the general managers, relevant deputy general managers, and technical managers of each subsidiary.

At the meeting, the heads of each company provided detailed reports on the progress of their technology‑related initiatives for 2024 and outlined their plans for 2025. They analyzed existing challenges and shortcomings, proposed corrective measures, and engaged in a constructive exchange of views. Based on these presentations, Chen Xinxiang identified three key areas for action: first, to set clear objectives, refine implementation plans, and ensure rigorous execution; second, to coordinate technical resources across all business units, strengthen collaborative innovation, establish targeted incentives for R&D teams, and enhance both innovation capacity and operational efficiency; and third, to foster a stronger sense of the bigger picture among all staff, so that, under the leadership of the new management team, all annual tasks are successfully accomplished.
Following this, Professor Zhu Qiaoming of the Artificial Intelligence Research Institute at Soochow University delivered a live lecture on DeepSeek, explaining how to leverage artificial intelligence technologies and internet platforms to achieve deep integration between AI and both traditional and emerging industries, thereby fostering a new ecosystem of development. The session was engaging and substantive, offering valuable insights into bridging enterprises with AI and yielding significant benefits.
