He noted that Changshu boasts a profound historical and cultural heritage, an outstanding ecological environment, and a solid industrial foundation, with its overall strength consistently ranking fourth among China’s top 100 counties. At present, Changshu is thoroughly studying and implementing the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and the Second and Third Plenary Sessions of the 20th Central Committee, developing new‑type productive forces tailored to local conditions, accelerating the cultivation of large enterprises and the expansion of a robust echelon of specialized, refined, distinctive, and innovative firms, and fostering new drivers and advantages for growth.
