On the afternoon of February 4, the “New Start, New Journey” 2025 Annual Summary and Awards Ceremony, together with the 2026 Work Conference, was held at the headquarters of Zhongli Group in Changshu, Jiangsu. Nearly 150 attendees—including the group’s management team, cadres from various units and departments, award recipients, and employees celebrating their 30th anniversary with the company—participated in the event. The conference was chaired by Chen Hui, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee.
On the afternoon of February 4, the “New Start, New Journey” 2025 Annual Summary and Awards Ceremony, together with the 2026 Work Conference, was held at the headquarters of Zhongli Group in Changshu, Jiangsu. Nearly 150 attendees—including the group’s management team, cadres from various units and departments, award recipients, and employees celebrating their 30th anniversary with the company—participated in the event. The conference was chaired by Chen Hui, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee.
At the meeting, the leaders of the Cable Business Unit and Talesun Solar respectively presented their 2025 annual work summaries and 2026 work plans. Representing the Group’s management team, Vice Chairman Huang Chang reviewed and summarized the key achievements of the Group and its various units in 2025, and outlined clear directives for the 2026 agenda. Vice Chairman Huang emphasized that 2026 should adhere to the overarching principle of “seeking progress while maintaining stability, promoting stability through progress, and fostering synergy and integration,” urging all stakeholders to prioritize deepening industry‑finance collaboration, advancing technological innovation, strengthening risk management, enhancing team cohesion, and steadfastly pursuing an internationalization strategy.
Subsequently, Chen Xinxiang, Deputy General Manager of the Group, announced the list of outstanding collectives and individuals honored by Zhongli Group for 2025. The award recipients took to the stage to deliver remarks, sharing their best practices and insights, thereby showcasing the proactive, enterprising spirit of Zhongli employees.
Following the remarks by the award recipients, a solemn ceremony was held to honor employees who have served the company for thirty years. Thirteen long-time staff members, who have devoted more than three decades to their work at Zhongli, inspired every attendee with their unwavering loyalty and dedication.
At the conclusion of the meeting, Xu Jiana, Secretary of the Group’s Party Committee and Chairman, delivered a summarizing address. Chairman Xu commended the hard work of cadres and employees at all levels during the first year following the Group’s restructuring, highlighted key achievements across its business segments and in internal management, and also identified existing shortcomings. As 2026 marks the inaugural year of C&D’s new five-year plan, Chairman Xu underscored that Zhongli Group should focus on strengthening its core business to enhance quality and efficiency, deepen governance and standardization, fortify safety‑production safeguards, and foster an environment of integrity and self‑discipline. He encouraged all colleagues to unite in spirit and purpose, pursue pragmatic action, concentrate on development, tackle pressing challenges, and jointly write a new chapter of high‑quality growth for Zhongli Group.
