On the afternoon of March 2, Zhongli Group held its 2026 Annual Safety Work Conference at the group’s headquarters. Leaders of the Group’s Safety Committee, members of the Safety Committee Office, and the principal safety officers and responsible leaders from each unit attended the meeting.

Prior to the meeting, the Group’s Safety Committee engaged an external safety instructor to deliver a safety training session for all attendees. Drawing on several high-profile safety incidents in Jiangsu Province, the training provided an in-depth analysis of the core provisions of the Work Safety Law and the Jiangsu Province Work Safety Regulations. It underscored the importance of fully fulfilling legal obligations—particularly with respect to corporate principal responsibility, mandatory safety investment, and standardized emergency response procedures—and emphasized the need for thorough hazard identification and remediation.

At this meeting, the Group’s Safety Committee Office and each key unit presented summaries of their 2025 safety production achievements and outlined their plans for 2026. Following the presentations, all attendees reviewed seven regulatory documents: the Zhongli Group’s comprehensive safety production responsibility system, safety investment management, safety publicity and training, safety meeting management, management of the safety production expert pool, safety reward measures, and the 2026 safety performance evaluation framework.

Finally, Chen Xinxiang, Deputy General Manager of the Group, delivered a speech on the 2025 safety production review and the 2026 safety work plan on behalf of the Group’s Safety Committee. Mr. Chen commended the hard work of cadres and employees at all levels across the safety management chain during the Group’s first full year following its restructuring, highlighted the notable achievements of key units, and identified existing issues and shortcomings in current operations. The year 2026 will be pivotal for Zhongli Group as it implements C&D Shares’ “Three‑in‑One” safety management model and completes corrective improvements. All units are required to strengthen accountability, ensure adequate safety investments, focus on core control areas, promote ecosystem‑based collaboration, enhance risk identification and management, deepen safety education and training, and further refine the emergency response system. The Group’s Safety Committee will effectively fulfill its roles of overall coordination, oversight, and performance evaluation, thereby providing robust safety safeguards to support the Group’s sustainable, high‑quality development.
