The meeting emphasized that it is necessary to deeply study and understand the significance and rich connotation of the plenary, and to unify the thinking and actions into the decision-making and deployment of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 19th Central Committee of the Party. The major theoretical and practical issues in the modernization of the state governance system and governance capabilities must be implemented in depth to fulfill the important requirements imposed on the party members, and give full play to the role of the party's supervision and management and the vanguard and exemplary role of party members.
